I bow hunt of private land quite a bit. I like to identify many different spots that way I have a few back up places if there are other hunters in the area. I practice some of the same etiquette as the other posters. Treat other hunters as you would like to be treated. The only time I get irritated is when another hunter spots me and still walks across my setup to get to his. I decided long ago to just deal with it, as sometimes that kinda stuff comes with the territory when hunting on public land.

I was out squirrel hunting last weekend and saw a bachelor group eating in a alfalfa field. One of the bucks was much larger than the other three. Seeing those deer really gets my blood going, can't wait until October.

Just saw the commercial, not sure what to think about them. I think I'll stick to my primers. As long as its legal though I would have no problem with anyone in my hunting camp using one.

I always have hunting on my mind. I'll be doing some small game hunting and scouting on public land
