I got in my stand an hour before sunrise and it was snowing deer were on the move half hour after sunrise i seen a deer i put it right behind the shoulder i dropped the deer walked up to it it had antlers my first buck a 170 pound 8 pointer it scored about 115

i see we have been downing some deer hopefully i can contribute to the score im goin to head out before school this morning i have been seeing a nice 8 point hopefully i can get a crack at him!!! good job to all that have scored on deer

Hey i got a button buck i thought it was a doe didnt no until i drug it out but i have pics of the tag and deer if someone could help me out on postin pics for the group i would appreciate it

well lookin at both pics make it look like its just 1 deer but i actually think it might be 2 diffrent deer because on the top pic it looks like he has a long brow tine or another antler of some sort and the bottom the left side doesnt have this and the body sizes look 2 be way diffrent to but JMO

last night i rattled in 2 6 pointers never presented a shot

good job rem way to put us on the board...i've been seeing lots of does but i can only get 1 deer in the zone i hunt in so im waiting for a buck to show during the rut

hopefully someone lays one out i muffed it and missed a doe im glad i did cuz it started pouring out right after i shot.... i hung some morning stands today i will be hunting this week sometime hope to be succesful soon...good luck to everyone

my advice is not to hunt over the food plots hunt on a trail leading to and from same with food source your more likley to catch a buck inside the woods not on the fields during day light and also trails to the neighbors property might be good to

me and a friend are gonna try videoing are deer hunts starting saturday

well on monday night i hit about 120" 8point and couldnt find him

i looked this morning for about 4 hours searching every where no sign of him

well i stepped it off this morning and he was at 26 yards i used my 30 yard pin and i had to have hit him kind high but the aarow smelled like fresh meat, his reaction looked like a death run and his tail was down, i gave him about an hour then looked

well i went out after i got off work and chased to bucks out im like awell the'll be back.I sit down and about 7:30 a decent 8 pointer appeared never gave me a shot he headed for the corn field stopped turned around then came back at 30 yards i put the pin behind the shoulder and i hit him but we tracked him for about 200 yards and cant find him.....i have the sickest feeling in my gut that i wont find him but im still gonna give it my best effort to find this buck it would be my first buck to.

nice my friend was helping the landowner out tonight on the land we have permission to hunt he didnt have his bow and he had a 150" 8 point jump up and come to 20 yards and stand there

anyone been seeing any deer???

season opened today only saw a few does and fawns

i dont like either situation the only type of fence i hunt is a fence line on a farm and i like wild free ranging game enough said

well i havent taken pics but i got it in the corn and i decided clover over alfalfa but all in all its coming up

Well i got my area for my food plot plowed up tonight and i had the bright idea of disking it up right away well my 4th trip around my front tire drops in a furrow...no big deal right???wrong i tried going forward and that didnt work i tried backing up i drop down even further after 5 minutes of back and forth trying to back out i unhook the disk and try well lets put it this way my tractor couldnt sink down any further so i go get my neighbor and his tractor we pull it out and then i park the tractor until the plot drys out....im putting corn in and alfalfa in so the deer should be in there heavy.
