i have hunted saskatchewan the last 3years and have used the saskatchewan pac boot from cabelas and have not had cold feet only draw back is they are hard to walk in (but i keep them loose to keep the blood flowing) so if you do not have to walk very far these boots work!!

thanks for the info i was told by some people down here (nc) that have been there that the last week was better because its colder with more snow and the deer (bucks) are worn down from rut and are hungry is there any truth to that? but i like or think i would like to be there during rut ? i just wanted some imput from you (local hunters) again thanks for any info!!

for those of you lucky enough to live in eastern Saskatchewan around the swan plain area i would like to ask you a ? if you could only hunt one of the 5 weeks that we (us citizens) could hunt which week would you choose and would you hunt farm land or in the bush thanks for any help
