Hoyt fanatic

My shop isnt having a clearence because the 08 and 09 Kteras are the same.

Are there any other people that shoot competitively? I mean guns, not bows.

I realize Randy was probably right but I do not have the resources to be able to shoot the bow. I have a 2007 Hoyt Avenger that I love so I am pretty lopsidded towards Hoyts. A friend of mine is trying to get me to get a Mathews but I just think they look and feel somewhat sub-par. just my $0.01

I know Michael Waddell and T-bone are shooting Hoyts. Lee and Tiffany shoot Mathews. Ralph and Vicki shoot Hoyts too. Idk any others.

Its not a problem. I was just wondering if anyone was in VA that knew a good pro shop. The place I get my bows at is personable and helpful. They fit your bow for you. I think im gonna get a Katera. I really like it. What do yall think? Katera or Alphamax?

Its not really a pro shop. Its a sporting goods store. I still dont get it though. Do any of yall live in VA?

My bow shop doesnt allow test-drives. Its a look and buy place.

The Hoyt Kobalt is a good idea. A Hoyt Selena is a good choice too if you can find one. Its discontinued but it shouldnt be that hard to find. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I see your a Hoyt shooter so thats better. What would you say is the best Hoyt bow to get. I am a 15 year-old with a roughly 29.5 inch draw length and a 60 pound draw weight. I am looking for something not as expensive as the Alphamax. I was pretty much looking for something like the Katera or the Vectrix. What bow do you recommend?
