Hey boys and girls,
New to the site, just wanted to say hi and such. Have a question for you....
I'm in a point in my career that I can pick anywhere in the US to live, and I just started hunting and have learned mounds of information from a friend that got me hooked. I'm so green I haven't even harvested anything yet but I know I love to hunt. I went last year and just scouted with my bud, and I had a blast!!! I love creeping, my heart was racing so freaking fast, I even got within 50 yards of a Antelope and drew down just to see if I could do it. I didn't release because I didn't a tag with his name on it. but next year I'll get him
Anyways, so I can pick anywhere in the US to goto. Here in AZ there are very limited times of the year to hunt and only 2 tags a year, which I hate but understand.
So which state offers the most? I've looked around for articles on the best hunting areas but sometimes they can be a little one-sided for one reason or another.
My buddy Chad lives in Maryland and he said they can take up to 40 a year!!! And unlimited on base because of runway hits. My jaw droped to the floor when he said that.
He even took one by shooting from inside his house to his backyard!!! He was in his slippers!!!
Sorry for the long post...
