I wanted to thank everyone for submitting articles for the inaugural issue of the Realtree Field Guide. We got a ton of great submissions. It was a bitter sweet job going through them all. Sweet because all of the stories and articles were a pleasure to read through, and bitter because we could only choose one to use. And the winner is...well you'll just have to check out the Feild Guide when it comes out later this month now won't you. :shifty: Make sure everyone is signed up to receive Headlines From The Tree Lines, because that's the list we're sending it out too. Hopefully we'll be doing more issues as well, so I'm hanging on to all of the submissions. By the looks of things, we're going to have to make more room for featured stories and articles for sure. And so you know, the plan is to have an entire section of user content in the Field Guide with your featured articles, photos from the trophy den, and we'll even be scouting out some Forum blogs as well to post, so keep writing gang.

Successful ones. Not so successful ones. Downright embarrassing ones. We'll take 'em all! Sometimes those "sad" ones teach us the most.
