Just got back from joining one of the local gyms in town here. I've recently becomed bothered more and more about my weight and how big I am and I never really think of it until I see myself in pictures and I just can't take it anymore. I got a buddy at work who works out a lot and he made me a diet guideline to og by and with joining the gym Im expecting the pounds to drip off. I can lose weight fairly easily but with that I can also gain it very easily. Im 6'7 and right now going between 350-360 and I'd like to be down to 230 again like I was when I was in 10th grade.

Catching up a little here but MAN did deer season die here about middle of December and it never returned. Talked to my cousin in NE Mississippi yesterday and he said hunting was terrible this year. Im guessing weather had a lot to do with it.... I sent Spook Spann a message asking him how it was going for him in middle Tennessee and he said the moon had them all messed up and that was middle of December. How was it for you?

I have a hard time watching Outdoor channel all the time because its not available in HD for DISH but I watch Sportsmans channel because of the HD, a lot of the Outdoor channel's shows are re runs, Ill record all new episodes of Bone collector and Duck Commander. Agreed too about American Chopper it was too in the whole Tuetul family thing and a lot less about bikes.

I do believe I'd die from boredom if Discovery channel went under. It seems like every night theres a new episode of a show that I like to watch, and how it took me this long to start watching Sons of guns I have no idea but I just started watching that sow about 2 weeks ago. Discovery and History have the best shows on tv...

I believe for now Im going to go with the full size glock in either a 9mm, .40, or .45 I know a full size glock isn't going to be ideal for concealment but why stop with one gun right? I believe what I'm going to do is find a place around Knoxville that has pistols that I can rent to see what caliber I like shooting best as well as taking ammo price into consideration. Later I will look for a smaller probably revolver type pistol for carry after I take the conceal carry course. Thanks for the input guys anyone else has one keep it coming.

Not a whole lot of things to do there but you can try to catch a Preds game if they're in town, theres a bass pro attached to a huge mall called opry mills mall, theres opryland hotel, you can go ot the hermitage, and if you take anyone's suggestion, take this one from me... you have GOT to go to a Italian resturaunt called Amerigo's. Last time I stayed there after a Titans game I asked one of the hotel clerks where to go he suggested Amerigo's and while I was there I asked the waiter what was the best item there he suggested the Veal Picatta with a potato soup appetizer and Tiera Missu for dessert, trust me you are missing out if you go to Nashville and go there to eat, but like others have said there are plenty of local bars and clubs to check out.

Looking to get my first handgun,I hve shot several over the yers of course but what I think I want/need is a .357 sig Glock 31. I'm wanting a bigger caliber even .44 mag if its feesable. Any suggestions or warnings of what to get and what to avoid? Trying to keep price of ammo in mind as well, I dont mind spending $500 on a good pistol but I dont want to be dropping $40 on ammo. This gun will be used for occasional carry, home defense and occasional play.

LG is a great brand you will pay different prices for LCD LED PLASMA and DLP, LED IMO is the best picture quality, my dad has a 55'' LED LG and its AMAZING...
