In Oklahoma, there have been multiple machette murders. Does this mean they will outlaw machette's and other knifes just like they are trying to do with guns? It's basicly the same thing. I'm sure others think differently, but i'm just stating my 2 cents.

this whole gun control thing is ridiculous. it is a little odd that Obama is just now making a big deal about it. taking guns away from law abiding citizens isnt going to stop mass shooting.

Bobcat could have caught the hawk and took the head off and carried it to that spot.

I shot a doe this evening with my crossbow at about 55 yards. When I shot, she tucked her tail and ran like she had been hit but when I went to the spot she was standing when I shot her, there was no arrow and no blood. I searched for blood but could not find any trace. I decided to wait until the next morning but now it's storming out and the rain will wash away any trace of her blood or tracks. Is it possible that I could have missed the doe and the arrow drove into the ground but if that's the case then why did she run like she had been hit? Any advice or answered would be greatly helpful.

Found out the hard way that sitting in a thorn tree is a terrible way to bow hunt. At least i will be sure to sit still otherwise i will get pricked!
