May be old news to some, I have had this app every since I got my iphone 4. The app is called, ScoutLook. It's awesome for hunting weather, marking stands, and scouting. It was originally put out by North American Hunting Club. Now Mossy Oak has also joined in the mix. If you are looking for a great all around app for hunting, this was it for me. Just wanted to pass along the info.

Tough Season, Just Me? I would say my year has been better than normal. I've only killed 1 8 point buck and no does. But with that being said I am hunting a new property right next to my house where I have done all the scouting and work to prepare the land for this season and I've seen a lot of deer and passed on them. A few nice bucks I passed on to let grow and many does. I am enjoying this year and I can't wait til next season to see what this land has the potential to become.

Late season bucks Thick cover in my opinion.
