I would say it is always important for you to get the school involved these days. You want to make sure that everything that has been done is documented. This can help/protect you or the school in court if the event happens to be taken that far.

Thanks Rhino. Was going to post about this as well. Goes back to what I said before, some parents these are not at all suited to raise a child. Forgive me for a harsh thought but cant we take the kids from people like these and sterilize the parents. We don't need any more crazies these days......

Like Ranger I too am a middle school teacher in an inner city school setting. I am a special education teacher so the opportunity to be a bully or be bullied, depending on how the student handles his/her disability, is even greater. The problem is is that adults dont know what bullying is anymore because kids can be so discreet with it. The other problem is is that kids have way too much freedom to use phones, computers, etc. Parents need to monitor this better and not spoil their kids with the latest gadgets. Kids are also not taught respect anymore because of the lack of maturity of many parents. These are the problems that should be addressed. When it comes to punishing the bully though, if he/she made the choice to have that much impact on another person's life, he/she can pay the price for those actions. And lastly in the incident that just happened one of the two girls went as far as to post negatively after the girls death. That takes a special kind of sicko who definitely needs to be punished.

I agree. First quarter wasn't too bad but there have been a few questionable plays for pros. Dropped balls have plagued both teams and that Ravens player is going to get an earful for hitting and hurting his own man Jacoby Jones.

I had a similar thing happen last year. Hunting on my girlfriends family's land. Had a few guys who had permission from a different family member who came out to ride a quad, shoot a guns and other activities while I was sitting in my stand. Needless to say I didn't return back out there. Fortunately I am able to hunt other properties

I have a halo I bought from dicks sporting goods. It was around $150 with the angle feature. Compared it side by side with a friends $300 Nikon on the golf course and got the same reading each time. I wasn't sure if it was the right decision to go with the halo but im liking it so far!

I think they are both pretty sweet! I have a friend who is thinking about getting a 2014 HD here pretty soon. My only complaint is the LED headlights. They look like eyeballs to me! Not a big deal, but all I can think of is the Transformers lol.

It would be easier to get excited for football season if they weren't trying to make the game safer. Its getting less and less fun to watch when we cant see great plays made by the playmakers. Don't mean to open up this can of worms because football is the best season, just hoping it is somewhat exciting this year.
