I am doing market research for a class and would appreciate you taking the time to fill out the following survey.
Things to note:
1. No personal information is collected by the survey, unless you enter it at the end.

3. The survey should take less than 5 minutes
4. It uses Google Forms, because its free, easy to use and has pretty graphs. If you hate Google, I am sorry but I am too poor to afford a real survey tool.
