NS whitetail
I am taking the family to Florida again this year on Feb. 15 for a week and we have tickets to go watch Tampa Bay Lightning play the Washington Capitals ..... I am pumped for it ( even though I'm a Montreal fan ). I have been to a few pre-season NHL games here in Halifax Nova Scotia, but I know that they do not compare with the real deal with all the top line players being on the ice, that's why I'm pumped :cool2:
Shaun_300
That's awesome Lewis! I try to go to a few Ottawa games each year. Haven't been to one yet this year though. Scotiabank Place is only 20 minutes from my door. Pretty expensive night though by the time you account for the tickets and beverages. Parking is $12, If you want a beer a 24oz draft is like $13, slice of pizza is around $6 etc... Always a good time though. The owner of the dealership I work at has season tickets and usually gives some away during the year, plus he has valet parking which is a real treat! Beats fighting 20,000 people out of the parking lot at the end of the games.
MUDRUNNER
Sweet! Sounds like a blast! I actually just got back from Tampa yesterday. Hockey is actually suprisingly popular in Tampa. You should have some nice weather too. I've got Blues tickets for march 21'st. I try to take the family to two or three games a year, but like Shaun said...it's starting to get a little pricey.
