country gal
I was wanting to get opinions from y'all. I've heard that deer seem to have a tendency to bed down when it's windy. Has anyone noticed this to be true?
PriceRacing35
just wondering.... Most times I find that they do. Just due to the fact that their senses seem to become overwhelmed. Their eyes play tricks on them with everything moving as swaying and the scents fly through the air and they just don't seem to trust what they see and smell. But..during the rut. I find that the movement is close to the same as a calm day.
wtnhunt
Don't think they move around as much in the open when it is extremely windy and gusty. When the wind is consistent and less than 10 it really does not seem to bother them too much.
