Anyone using the Hevi 13 loads?

I've been hearing a lot about these loads. Hevishot's new loads are supposed to be a bit heavier than the old hevishot and are molycoated. Appartly they like to be choked much tighter(.640 - .655 in a standard bore). Any one try these yet. I've seen some very impressive patterns. Plus they are about the same price(a little cheaper) as the new winchester extended range and Federal heavyweights.

They've been all the talk at the NWTF site. Seems you need a .655 or tighter with the standard bore to get good results. Lots of guys are using the .640 Hastings chokes with it and getting excellent results. Although some are saying a bit too tight for many hunting situations once you go that tight.

I've seen them at Cabelas and Natchez. They are available in only 3" and in 5 or 6 shot(Also #4 shot at Natchez).

we just completed our fifth annual stilltarget shoot here in idaho and the winner as well as secound place both shot hevi 13.we,(i got secound)after five shootoffs, ended up with 27 in 3 inch circle,40 yds for winner.i had 17 for secound.all shoot offs(ties) were in the 16/17 range.chokes were . 640 and .655.i also tried some loose in the muzzeloader class and it shot 17 to win.great stuff.
