JamesVee
Man I've been checking these trucks out lately and I'm hoping to get one by this summer. I've been looking at 97's and 98's. Have any of you guys driven them or own one? Do you have any feedback?
JamesVee
Re: Range Rovers anyone? Here is another pic of one. They are similar to a Grand Cherokee Limited, but have way more bells and whistles than even the Jeep. I used to have a Grand Cherokee Limited but lately I've really got something for these Range Rovers.
johnf
Re: Range Rovers anyone? I've heard lots of good things about them. But, I you have any problems with it, it's going to cost you alot more than and american or jap car. Your looking at some good quality, but with the repair bill of a BMW or Mercedes. I would rather have my toyota personally.
carbonhunter
Re: Range Rovers anyone? Oh ya.....first thing I buy when I hit 12 month salary...I love RR's Been priceing them for several years now and test drove a '96 awhile back. They got it all, Land Rovers are nice as well but you can find the RR cheaper in the after market.
snapper
Re: Range Rovers anyone? Personally...I don't like the look of them...too square for my liking. Heard they are good, dependable SUV's...but are pricey!
Orion_70
Re: Range Rovers anyone? Consumer reports usually ranks them at the top of their SUV list.. they are good dependable and tough
JamesVee
Re: Range Rovers anyone? Thanks guys, I'll keep doing research on 'em. I just like the looks. Like I said, I used to have a Grand Cherokee and I really liked that vehicle. I was just looking for something a little nicer. You can find 97's and 98's with mid-miles for about $12,000. Ant, not much going on in the Africa Forum. I had spring break and just didn't have much to post about. I've been reading your book, and liking it. I've got a Safari Club Banquet this Saturday to hit up. I'll have my digital cam with so hopefully I'll come back with some good pics.
