need2hunt
Re: Backyard Range The backstop was constructed before I bought the property and also serves as a garage sometimes, we've busted more arrows by shooting the nocks off but the garage has claimed a few too I can only get back about 35 yards so I can usually hit what I'm aiming at with those distances. I stole the glendale buck out of the back of a pick-up with Wisconsin license plates a little while back... it was pretty easy to distract the guy... just got him complaining about the fake maple syrup they serve in restaurants... or should I say the colored water that they give you to put on your pancakes So far I REALLY like that target, sure is a whole lot easier to pull the arrows out of it compared to that turkey. oh and as far as that comment concerning the arrows going through the wall into the kitchen, that only happened once

Chrud
Re: Backyard Range My cousins make it too. They are in the process of bottling some of it now. It's fun! Hoping to get some light amber stuff to send out. I think it only tested at 2, so it doesn't have the most sugar. That Vermont stuff is watery too. IowaDeerHunter
Re: Backyard Range That is really sweet! Wish I could have something like that in my backyard. We uasually just set up a decoy and a block target. If we miss the golf corse mower bends them up because they can be hard to find.
