The Sugar Shack's is testing at 10000000 for sugar content! We are way down in collection this year, almost 7000 gallons of sap less so far. Nothing compares to homemade maple syrup. The store and resturant stuff is like crap compared the the homemade stuff. My grandpa used to make in and now my cousin and good buddy do. It's a lot of fun. Good reason to drink beer too.
