[/ QUOTE ] He will never actualy get the full sentence...worst case will probobly be 2 years probation and 30 days in jail. the 30 days in Jail will be suspended pending any violation of probation...in other words he will have to toe the line to avoid the jail time but should get off easy if he can stay clean fot a year or two...
