Tominator
I watched two pheasants search through the snow for food this morning. I normally feed them a little, but yesterday's snow storm left them high and dry I'm afraid. Sure hope they make it out OK.
carbonhunter
Re: Pheasants and Snow Considering some of the snow I've seen them scratch through in Iowa, id say they would be fine. Id be more worried about the stupid things getting snow between there wings and get hypothermia, seen alot of winterkill birds with large ice clumps between there wings and body.
