We were hunting a bluff line along the Missouri river this morning. We had birds gobbling on top of ridge we setup on. Ended up having birds all around us gobbling. We were down on the side of ridge were most of the birds were. After 45min we had one come in from the bottom. He came up the other side of the ridge to about 10 yrds only seeing the head. He spook of the decoys that were setup breeding. He went back down a little on the other side and gobbled every time we called. So I ended up crawling up to the top of the ridge to see if I could get a shot. There he was strutting 25yrds down the other side. He looked a little dazed to turn a round and see me. Got to love the Jellyhead choke. The beard was 8 1/2 and 1 inch spurs. 283137.jpg
