fenderhunt4
Wow. For the last two weeks it has been really quiet after flydown until noon. Is anyone else experiencing this in any other state?

WHISKEYSWAMP
Re: It\'s Been Quiet In Ohio Yup... it's been pretty quiet lately. I was hearing a lot more when it was cooler out. It's suppose to cool down a little this weekend so maybe they'll fire up again. Usually it's the other way around.

VTbowman
Re: It\'s Been Quiet In Ohio Very quiet in VT too. Josh (Vtbowhunter) was saying he thinks it might be that since our neck of the country experienced an early thaw and spring like conditions before the hunting season, that maybe they bred earlier and may be somewhat turned off right now. (???) I dunno if that makes sense or would even effect anything or not. But its a good theory I thought...
VermontHunter
Re: It\'s Been Quiet In Ohio Definately discouraging here in Vermont.....but I guess we arent the only state that is being affected by silent or non bird sightings..... The dang weather seems to have affected a good portion of the country..... Hope things turn around for those of you still hunting these sly birds...Good Luck folks....
