I got off at 3pm today because I'm going to the GM Technicians Guild Banquet in Ottawa. it should be a blast! there's a rodeo, ropin' competition... that kinda stuff. all the other tech's said that it has been good in the past, great food, and a comedian comes and tells some jokes. I'm back! yeah we had a great time, great food and some good laughs it sure was nice to get out of the shop early, with no A/C in there it got up around 95F then on the way to the city i was listening to the radio, and it said it was 36 out! that translates to 97 farenheit... WITHOUT the humitity, with the humidity it was 43, which is around 110. its like Arizona up here! it sure was warm, but it beat workin [ QUOTE ] ottawa?? that's like our washington d.c. be sure to wash off the slime.... lol [/ QUOTE ] Yeah Ottawa is the capital city of Canada. its actually a real clean city for its size. with a population of 840,000 you would think it would have a lot of smog, but it rarely has smog at all. but go to Toronto and there's LOTS of it, we try to stay clear of that city, the traffic of a city with a population of 7 million can get a little crazy...
