western NY bowhunter
I got some film developed at Wallyworld today and had the pics. put on a CD. When I got home I resized and edited the photos so I could post a few. When I uploaded them to my gallery on Hunt101 they came up all blurry and look terrible. I tried photobucket and the same thing happened. I've posted pics. before on several forums without any problems. Any comments or suggestions about what I might be doing wrong here? Thanks. LifeNRA
Re: Problems uploading / posting pics... Did you enlarge the photos? After you edited them did you actually look at them? Maybe its because of the editing. You cant take a small resolution pic and enlarge it to the point where it becomes blurry or pixelated. billkay
Re: Problems uploading / posting pics... Is it possible you are editing/resizing the thumbnail version of the pic on your disc?
wtnhunt
Re: Problems uploading / posting pics... If they were clear it either has to be in the editing or a problem with when they put them on cd. How do they look on your screen before you resized them? western NY bowhunter
Re: Problems uploading / posting pics... The photos came up full screen sized (1818 x 1228)when downloaded from the disk and were crystal clear and looked great. I downsized them to 650 x 439 and after editing they still looked pretty good but not as good as the originals. Then when I uploaded the smaller version to the hosting sites they looked all blurry and crappy.
billkay
Re: Problems uploading / posting pics... Could be the link you are providing for posting here is actually a link to the thumbnail version of your hosting site. Make sure the link you use is to the full size image that you uploaded.
