Gator Posted October 28, 2004 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 Have had a dealing with 2 separate companies in the past month, just wanted to brag on their customer service. First one was Keystone country store. I had ordered some feathers, but I messed up, ordered the wrong ones. Called them, they said no problem, return them write on the invoice what you want, they would see them back, no extra charge, which they did. Second one, Hunters Specialties. Bought one of their SCENT SAFE bags, fisrt time trying to close it, zipper messed up. Went to WALMART got another, same thing happened to it, but I was able to fix that one. Went hunting with YB_15 over the weekend, he had the same bag, same zipper failure. Monday I emailed them about the zipper. Got an email back Tuesday, told me to send my address, they would ship out 3 new bags, 2 for me, 1 for YB. Got them today. Mna, these 2 companies have exceeded what I would expect as far as customer service is concerned. Heck, I HAD been dealing with a company in Tx with much worse service, on a much bigger order. I had great customer service from Keystone Country Store earlier this year as well. I ordered a left hand recurve and the factory sent a right hand. I had bought a packof powerbelt bullets there, but I couldn't get them to shoot well in my inline, so they excahnged them for me - no questions.
