Wimpy Posted August 22, 2005 Report Share Posted August 22, 2005 just watched the first tape from my Wildlife Eye and it was awesome.It's a little pricey,but it is awesome.I had it out for a week and had about 1&1/2 hours of footage at 10 seconds per clip. I got just the housing and then picked up a camcorder off of ebay.unlike trail cameras this usese no flash and you can set it to come on at certain times and kick off at a certain time,for example if you hunt a treestand from 4 till 7 in the evening then you can place this in you r treestand and program it to kick on at 4 and shut off at 7 and you will see everything that happens in between those times.and if you just use it as a trail monitor it uses infared instead of a flash so not to spook the animal.i have about $500 in this and am very happy with it.you can get a good used camcorder off of ebay and save money on the set-up for it.
