archerjg
Re: 650 fps bow??? I don't see how a bow can propel an arrow that fast without breaking the bow, shattering the arrow, or causing some other havoc. I will ahve to see it to believe it on this one. There is no way I would buy one though. Archerjg
christsavedme
Re: 650 fps bow??? Sounds fishy to me...real fishy! But hey I am just a dumb ole redneck. All I know is I won't have one of them with a price tag like that....about a grand to high for me! LOL
Tony
Re: 650 fps bow??? until i see it i will believe it.. plus its not going to make you shoot any better . you will still have to make the shot and still estimate the range right.. it wont be a good indoor bow at all and you wont be able to shoot it for ASA or NFAA competiton because they have a 280 fps speed limit.. also the IBO has a 5 grs per pound and if it doesnt meet that you wont see it on the IBO 3D courses at all.. so it only could be used as a hunting bow.. which means 90 % of us wont buy it because it is to expensive.. its sounds like phooey to me , but there are some that will buy it just for the speed if its possible... Guest shtr
Re: 650 fps bow??? Well if it is clocking 650 then what does it matter if your scaling out at 5 grs. ? Lets say that drops it to 450fps. Thats 45yrds on one pin! That means an ace course on the 3-D if you have the ability to shoot it. Yeah it takes the challenge out of it but so what!? Its fun! AJ
Re: 650 fps bow??? I will wait to see if it actually exists. If it does and it looks decent, why not? The problem may be finding a place to shoot it. That kind of momentum will blow through most targets.
BowtechTurkeyHunter
Re: 650 fps bow??? Ambuscher
Re: 650 fps bow??? I heard there was only one problem with this bow. They were having a hard time keeping the nock from passing the broadhead. LOL
Griz
Re: 650 fps bow??? [ QUOTE ] 650fps! Yeah right.Ive got some ocean front property in Arizona. [/ QUOTE ] Would you like to buy the golden gate bridge to go with that property...LOL That is really hard for me to believe. But once I hold it, shoot it and then own one...Yeah...Then I'll believe it...Until then...NAH!!!!!
Guest Bowhunter2114
Re: 650 fps bow??? [ QUOTE ] 95% let off [/ QUOTE ] that's definatley past pope & young limits. Isn't it 65% or am I wrong? Not to mention all the states that don't let you hunt with over a 65% let-off. Or would this just be a target bow?? Then you have all the IBO standards. A lot of things to sort out to say the least
