Guest Andrea
Just wondering what everyone's gonna do. Especially with the price of gas like it is. Think we'll be sticking around the house. Maybe go fishing.

c_lou
Re: Plans for this weekend? Well we promised our daughter we would go camping this weekend, so we are driving 2 hours to go camping at our family's cabin, and take out the dock for the year. We thought about not going but our daughter was just so excited to go, I said WTF and now we are going. Going to have a blast and not even think about gas prices. Palssonater
Re: Plans for this weekend? Nothing much. With gas almost 5dollars a gallon I think Iwill be staying at home most of the weekend. I will watch the big CFL game(Sask VS Wpg) on Sunday and then go shooting some clays on Monday. Rhino
Re: Plans for this weekend? Well I was supposed to be shinning the seat of a tractor starting our food plot preparation this weekend but since getting gas in such a big problem down here right now I'll be close to the house. Our camp is 85 miles from my house. The tractors will have to wait now anyway until we break out the chain saws to cut the downed trees off of our access roads to all of our food plots now. Nick
Re: Plans for this weekend? nuttin.....A guy I work with got the bright idea to pack up his 1 ton crew cab that gets 10mpg not pulling anything and hook up his 30' fifth wheel and his 18' fishing boat behind the fifth wheel and drive to the upper peninsula (250 mile trip one way) to do some fishing. He's taking the fifth wheel so he doesnt have to pay for a hotel. He plans on getting about 5-6mpg.....I think it would be cheaper just to rent the hotel! Guest cowpoke
Re: Plans for this weekend? Sticking around the house, not going to the home farm due to fuel prices. Probably go to the range and burn a little gun powder. Work on some paper (actually computer) work for work, just so it gets done and I can move on to other stuff. And there will be some do nothing time too.
