Re: ATV insurance

Ok, I just put mine to use. Take a look at this thread. destroyed atv

I have my insurance through Progressive and had 2 atv's on it for about $330/year with a $249 deductible. What I did was compare the prices with the different deductible amounts from $100, $249, & $500 and the $249 looked like the best deal to me.

That picture is of a 2000 Kawasaki Prairie 400 4x4, and Progressive has a check in the mail to me for $2924.

I will never have another atv without having insurance on it. I originally got the ins. because I was concerned about them getting stolen, but found out other things can happen to them, also.

Re: ATV insurance

I have a 2004 Honda Rancher and my insurance cost me $230.00 a year with a 100.00 deductible thru Allstate. The only reason I got it was because if you are carrying your ATV on a trailer or in your truck and you get in an accident your auto insurance does NOT cover your ATV. It will cover your trailer but not your bike.

Re: ATV insurance

Atv insurance varies quite a bit from state to state. In some states it is almost impossible to get atv insurance because so many atv's are stolen there. I have my atv insured through American Family, same as my house. The atv is $125 per year. I can't remember off the top of my head what the deductible is.
