Guest DaveGP Posted September 24, 2005 Report Share Posted September 24, 2005 i received a hunters view ladder stand last year for christmas. i love the stand, heck it even has a foot rest on it. my problem is that it has a free hanging seat. now i can stand hunt but im not a fan of hights so i called the company to order the top to a cheaper ladder that only has a steel seat. im gonna use the seat that came with mine over the steel one. the problem is i called the company over a month ago and called and called and when i finally got someone she said she would call me back with a price for the parts. well she never called and i called and called. so i found an email and emailed them.... she wrote me back and apologized but said that this happens every year! WHAT!!! that is the worst thing a customer service person could ever say to a CUSTOMER! that some of your customers just get dropped or left behind because you dont follow up with them. after i get my parts i need i will not be doing any more business with huntersview. i will stick to other brands who have better customer support. thanks for reading and letting me blow off some steam. dave Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Unfortunately, it happens occasionally to some people where others never have these kinds of experiences. Working in the customer service field, I see my folks go through ups and downs and it definitely impacts the service they provide. I wouldn't be so quick to write them off. Just me 2 cents.
