The T/C Omega and the Encore are very popular. The Knight Disc rifle and Revolution are also popular. Don't forget possibly the best looking inline muzzleloader on the market today, the Austin & Halleck. If you want the strongest muzzleloader check out the Savage. I have a T/C Omega, laminate, with a thumbhole stock, and fluted barrel. Accuracy is outstanding. Easy to clean. I even put down my slug gun during slug season and used the muzzle loader with a scope. I'd say the Encore, I used my uncle's Encore and took a 7 point with it and was very impressed with the performance. I now own an Omega, I wish I could have gotten the Encore, but it was a bit out of my price range, I'm pretty pleased with it so far, it seems to shoot just as good, the real test will be the first time I take it into the field. I have a T/C Encore and it's a great gun. I also have a T/C Renegade that I bought in the late 80's and I love it!!! I use that more than my Encore. The best muzzleloader out there is the one that makes you happy. Go to a rendevous or the local gun clubs and try a few. See which one is the best fit for you.
