Re: How to practice?

90% of 3-D is judging distances. The best practice is to take a range finder into the woods and practice judging distances. Practice juding in open wooded areas, brushy area where the ground is hard to see, and finally, open fields.

Once your judging is good then start practicing shooting at these distances. Don't just limit yourself to even yardages. Shoot from 25 yards, 33 yards, 54 yards and so on.

And finally, the VERY best way to practice 3-D is..............to shoot every tournament you can. Just like hunting, you can practice all you want, but the best teacher is experience.

Good luck, bud.

But be careful, like Tony mentioned in your other post....it gets addictive..grin.gif
