Exactly. I hate seeing any animal suffer needlessly. The lungs are a better target by far,

I would aim for the vitals or the shoulder.

If you end up hitting one that goes a ways I would limit the tracking to a minimum. If you make a lethal shot on these critters they are going to go down quick or not, and if it is not then I would not ruin my deer hunting to find it.

I agree, every animal even though Yotes are a pest to most hunters and farmer we still need to respect the animal. God created yotes and I'm sure he wants us to respect what he created.
