Is it just another day or do you take this day to look back on your life and see what goals you accomplished or is it a day to celebrate your life ? To me it means another year past and also look back at what had happened to you (good or bad) and try to make the next year better than the year before. But then I wonder.........how come I don't FEEL 32? I honestly do not feel like I am old enough to have 2 sons 9 and 12. So then I count my blessings.....close my eyes and blow out the candles. I have been busy 3 years running now on my birthday and didn't get to celebrate for a week or more. Kinda looses some of the specialness...but I still enjoy the presents and well wishing. This past one was spent at vanderbilt hospital all day, we got news my step father was sent in and had to have a mass removed from his brain. Really try not to think too much about my birthday, just means I am another year older, however I do enjoy the enthusiasm the kids get on all the birthdays.
