I just got back from NC.I was near Marion.The moon had the action down over the week end.I saw several fresh scrapes and rubs.The mast on the ground was incredible.There were several deer killed Sat around 9:30 to 11:00 am.Smokepole season started Sat and we did'nt hear the 1st shot. Sorry to hear that, I was out tonight and saw a few deer, all after about 7:30 when the FULL MOON came out! How often do you get to hunt in NC? I hunt down in Union County in Monroe.
