mathews4life Posted October 23, 2005 Report Share Posted October 23, 2005 Well about 9 30 this morning i got a call on my cell phone from a number i didn't know, so i answered and the lady on the other asks me if she was speakin to me and i said yes and she told me she was calling on behalf of my friend who is fighting in iraq(marines). She told me that their convoy was traveling and his vehicle went over a land mine and blew up. All his friends were killed and he was the only one who survived. He got pretty burned up and his leg is pretty messed up(not sure if he's goin to lose it or not). He is in a Baghdad hospital right now and from there he will go to germany, and then maryland. Thats all the details she could give me. I just want u guys to keep him and his family in ur prayers. I'm going to try and scrape up some money to fly out to Germany to see him ASAP.......
