VTbowman Posted October 26, 2005 Report Share Posted October 26, 2005 Re: insert No real good way to remove inserts from carbon arrows. Alums you can use heat to melt the gluebut NOT ON CARBONS... They do not use melt glue on carbons... Just cut to your desired length and buy a pack of new inserts. They are like a $1 something for a dozen if you shop around...
