Guys like this should get a lot more than a slap on the wrist, which is basically what he got. Prison time is in order here, plus substantual fines that actually mean something. I'd say a lifetime ban on hunting, 5 years for each incident of poaching, and never to be allowed to carry or possess a weapon.
