I'm almost through with the forums here for the first time. Soon I will go make myself some breakfast, scope my field, maybe sit out back and try and wing some doves, throw some corn out for the pheasants, oh, and oh yeah, pick up a blood trail (finally got a shot at a stray cat that's been harassing our outside cat and stealing her food), , gotta eat lunch obviously later, maybe watch Band of Brothers for the umpteenth time, maybe shoot the bow a little, practice the high wind shot, clean, naaaaa, don't feel like cleaning, hmmmmmmm what else to do? I'm heading out now for 5 days of chasing whitetails and need you to post my football picks. I think the main goal today is tracking down that stray and letting him have it! He wud go out an find him a spot by da road in da bushes. He wud get all duded up in his cammo thogy and combat boots, and jus bout da time a car wud drive by he wud run real fast cross da road. He said he could do dat for hours for he got tired of it. Course he did say on these cold days like what we havin taday his hindend would chap up real quick like, what cause of dat thongy an all. Jus thought I wud give you sum idears on what you might cud do if it gits too borein round der!! Have fun and be safe. I'll get them in if Dustin doesn't, but I think Dustin will take care of it. I'd like to see an update on the standings. Wouldn't be surprised to see I'm not on top anymore. I've had a few bad weeks on a row lately. My upsets aren't coming through for me. I was real close to picking the Atlanta upset, but chickened out. [/ QUOTE ] Nope, that stray has been beating the crap out of our one good mouse catcher. She was declawed when we first got her, but banished her to the outside world when she could not get rid of fleas no matter what we did. If she had claws, I think she could handle herself just fine, she's a bada** when it comes to cats. Mean--that was another reason she got kicked out, scratched Katie real bad one day. I guess I put my foot down on that one, I was pretty angry that day, had my wife not been home, I think I would have loaded a shotgun. Anyway--followed up on the shot, couldn't find it.
