But I called about my printer, copier, scanner and they were awesome. He led me thru some quick check determined that the printer was done for and asked about my reciept. When i answered his 2 question he said thanks your new printer will be at your door in 5-7 business DAYS. incredible, and its an upgrade because they do not make that model anymore. It came with an HP PSC 1610 All-in-One printer, scanner, copier. haven't used it much so far, but the whole computer, 19" flatscreen and said printer/scanner was less than $700.
