She wanted to sit with me in my ground blind but I told her to go with my brother. I'm in a wheelchair so I wanted her to go with him so she could see more of the place. She got a button buck just after first light and this one at about 10:30. She counts it as a 15 pointer even though one point is a little under an inch. I'll let her get by with it. Last year she shot her first buck, a nice nine. About a week later I shot my first buck which was a decent eight but slightly bigger than hers. For that whole week she had been teasing me that she had shot a buck and I hadn't. Hopefully I can outdo her again this year just to stop her teasing me about hers being bigger. Oh and the rack in the background is from my brothers deer. Would have been a near perfect 10 but broke off a brow tine. Thinks it broke when it ran into fence after he shot it.
