Guest andymansavage Posted November 28, 2005 Report Share Posted November 28, 2005 I went to ship a muzzleloader today and had to convince the whole chain of command at the UPS hub that a muzzleloader can be shipped w/o the dealer being involved. These guys called all over to try and get their own confirmation of what I was saying. The lady was like" These are the same as a handgun". I finally had them call a local gun dealer and get the straight story. My point, print off the fedral guidelines and take them with you when you ship a smokepole because Joe public can be confused very easily.
