Honestly I really don't like decorating the tree so I normally assemble it (if its fake ) and then put the lights on, then thats it for me....So when do you put yours up? It was always ~3 days before christmas she would decide it was time. So we'd put it up then, a real one. Now that I'm moved out, the wife to be had the fake tree up Friday morning.
