I even posted asking how many would be interested in doing one. Don't remember the exact # but there was only like 3 people that posted they were interested. We had talked about doing it in 1 weekend so it would be fairly fair. If enough people are interested we can get something worked out but I don't think there is enough interest. Squirrelhunter91 Posted December 6, 2005 Author Report Share Posted December 6, 2005 Re: Squirrel hunting contest... *DELETED* Now, what I was thinking was... 1) weight is out of the question.. not everyone has a scale. 2) possibly longest squirrel - nose to tip of tail 3) not everyone can shoot albino and/or black squirrels so extra points are no good. 4) grays, reds, fox, black(where legal), albino(where legal) 5) Points are awarded by amount bagged. I know that some states don't have bag limits, some do, some are more generous than others.. etc.. but that's where a team mate or team mates come in handy. 6) Pictures are a must. Personally I don't hunt them, and I think you might have trouble making the teams/criteria fair, but I guess we can try. Let's try and get at least 6 people, that way we can make 3 teams.
