it is a Spott Hogg Barebones sight . it has all metal construction , .029 fiberoptic pins and is by far the best sight i have every used for hunting.. tough and well made. the cost right around 60 bucks. heres the link to lancaster archery.

Re: NEW TO BOW HUNTING

I dont know about the price of the hoyt, but as far as sights, I love my stott hogg hogg-it. This is a five pin sight with micro adjusments and a 7 inch bar which works well for 3d. As far as pendelum sights go, a lot of people really like them. Most you set on level ground at 20 yds, and then up to 20 foot high or so they are set from 0-30 yds, and automatically compensate for the range out to that distance. Takes a lot of guess work out as long as you can pick 30 yds out. Good luck!
