Jeramie Posted December 28, 2005 Report Share Posted December 28, 2005 Life has been CRAZY for about 2-months now. Im so ready for it to slow down. I literally have spent a total of probably 20-minutes in here in a couple of months. Ive had everything from work, several house plans, several mini-storage plans, home stuff, church, etc... Ive been getting up at 5:00 and going to bed at 11:00. Last night was the last straw. I got up early (actually had the day off) and stayed home with our daughter (now 3-months). That was a CHORE. The wife had to work so it was all dad. I picked up the house, worked a little on plans, etc. Gracey decided she wanted to visit so dad finally got back into bed at 12:45. Im fried..... To top that off my Granddad is in bad shape. He's in his 70's. The 16th he was heading up his front steps and fell. He didnt eat or talk much for a couple of days. They finally took him to the hospital because he started acting strange (I didnt know he fell). At first they thought he had a stroke but test finally showed he has three blood clots in his brain. In the last couple of days he has raced downhill. Yesterday my aunt called my dad and said, "I cant wake up Dad!" He is still alive but theyre calling it comatose (sp?). Grandma was going to take him home and take care of him too. Grandma has a son that is in his 40's thats been in a coma for 20+years from a motorcycle accident. The hospital is now saying that he probably wont leave. I know he's suffering. They are keeping him drugged up and he really didnt know much about who anyone was although he cried when he saw each of his grandkids. He has went from 140+lbs to 102. It hurts seeing him like that. He is the most contrary stuborn-old, loving Baptist Preacher. God keep him and ill see you in Glory Grandpa. December hasnt been my favorite month. Christmas was good, We have bought a new Nissan Quest for my wife (mini-van) and I bought a Ford 9n with a brush hog (bush hog for you guys up north). Ive lost one Mare and One Gelding... Been a long month... The good news is I shot an 8-point back in November. Other then that I havent been hunting much. I promise gang, ill try to get the pics up for our team this week but thats pending circumstances just as the previous month or so. Anyway, hopefully I can start to find my way back in here. The wife got called back to work from maternity leave 3 weeks early, the nusring home we work for gave me most of this week off since we have no day care for the week and the wife being at work is more important to them than me, so I have been home with all three kids this week.
