Squirrelhunter91
I guess after seeing so many people on this forum crest their arrows, it has become something I want to do. I ordered a new bow earlier this week and it should be here on Jan 3rd. Now I am out looking for new arrows which I believe we are going to Gander Mountain for. With the thought of new arrows fresh in my head, the notion of cresting them became even more real.. anyway.. I was wondering where you folks got your crests from and if anyone knows where, if it is possible, to get your own custom crests made. Anyone? Thanks for your time.. Tominator
Re: Thinking about trying to crest my arrows.. Crests? Or wraps? Crests are easy to make by using a little paint brush and something that will rotate your arow.

Like these that I had done by Jerry (Gravelridge Archery) and his work is just awsome.... WRAPPING ,, is a vynal cut application that is rolled on,,, Here are some that I did with the RealTree logo.... And here are some that I did with Chartruse colors... Hope that helped ya out Joe... puffy
Re: Thinking about trying to crest my arrows.. If you want custom made arrow wraps, you can go to a sign shop that makes viynal signage and they can print off what ever you like. It is cheaper than retail and you can use your own design. Tony
Re: Thinking about trying to crest my arrows.. putting wraps and crests on arrows has become really popular in the last few years. but do any of you realize what a pain in the butt they are ? if you flecth up a dozen arrows and then go out and shoot them if one flecthing gets ruined then you have to replace the wrap and all 3 fletchings. as much as i shoot, it isnt practical for me to do this to my hunting, 3D or Field archery arrows. since the chance of the fletching getting hit is pretty common .. i have a friend that put all white wraps and fletching on his arrows . they did look cool , until he found out when he hit 3 fletchings while shooting. that ruined 3 arrows . now he need 3 more wraps and 9 more flecthings , just to do repairs to the arrows he hit..im sure the fletching companys are just loving the wraps. they sure do look nice , but from a practical sense for me i dont put them on..
