TreeStandBowHunter Posted November 12, 2004 Report Share Posted November 12, 2004 Well, we have arrived at our final destination...at least for a few weeks. We left NC early last week and went out to Bedford County in PA to where my Sister and Brother in Law live at to hunt the farm out there. I got a 9 point FINALLY Wednesday morning. I have 1 doe tag left for the upcoming rifle season. Once we are up in Mass and get everything hooked up, I will post pics. We did some pheasent hunting as well and did pretty good. I am getting one of them mounted...pretty big bird. We are now at the In-laws house which is where we will spend the rest of our little vacation at before moving up to Mass in a few weeks to my new duty station. Went to Cabelas today too in Hamburg. Of course dropped a load of money there . Just stopping by to say hi to everybody and hopefully we get up there to Mass and set-up our new house and get everything hooked up so I can be a regular again . I went up there to look at our housing options and check out the schools up there for our kids. I think we are going to like it up there. They already had a couple inches of snow up there. But man, is it ever busy up there. I thought I was going to get ran over on the highway up there. Them people drive like maniacs up there.
