T/C Customer service.

I recently bought a used Encore 209x50 ML pistol.

It did not have any of the paper work, manual or cleaning tools with it.

I wrote T/C an email asking for just a manual, but slid it the lack of tools too. smirk.gifgrin.gif

Got an email reply saying all items sold with a new gun are being shipped to me ASAP! shocked.giflaugh.gifcool.gif

Thats great service from a company to provide these things on guns purchased used.

Just wanted to share.

Re: T/C Customer service.

I have to agree there service is A1 !, I was unable to get anyone in the US to sell me the camo rings and bases for my encore, I phone TC to find a Canadian dealer that could, instead they sold them to me direct less than I could find them for and they arrived in 10 days. Was very impressed with the company.

Re: T/C Customer service.

Update:

I got the manual and tool package from T/C yesterday.

Very quick IMO since I just sent the email the other day.

However it was for a Black Diamond ML not an Encore ML. crazy.giffrown.gif

I sent an email out this morning to tell them and we will see what they say.

Hopefully they will send the correct manual at least. LOL

I was impressed on what came in the package though. shocked.giflaugh.gif

The manual, all cleaning tools, a #11 and musket cap nipple to swap out for your 209 if you want, a DVD on cleaning and load developement with a few ML hunts too, a 5 pack of 250g ShockWaves (which is exactly what I already use), and some other misc. paperwork.

Awesome IMHO. laugh.gifcool.gif

I just hope they can get me the right manual and tools and I will be all set... cool.gif

Tim from T/C just replied to my email

TC is accepting email again? For about the last 2 years their site said they weren't accepting email, and to please call them. Thats good to know.

JOhn-

On there site they list a couple email address for specific thing.

The one I used was to request a manual.

The one they refer to as not replying to I think is general questions and ordering...

Not sure but it was a quick reply.

I figured I'd try the email 1st since it was for reqesting a manual, and if no reply, then I'd call...
