EKYhunter
I've been shooting the same Scott Caliper Release since 1990 or 1991. Some time back a friend borrowed the release and shot it using a brass nock set which caused wear on the softer metal of the jaws which in turn caused wear on my string loop. I contacted Scott Archery and told them about the problem. I talked to a nice man named Eric who said to send them the release and a check for $10.00 and they'd install new jaws. I thought this was a pretty good deal so I packed up the release and enclosed the check. Less than a week later I got the release back with a completely NEW HEAD ASSEMBLY and my check back! These heads can be bought for $30.00 or $40.00. I think that this is excellent customer service and just thought I'd let all my hunting brethren know. Thanks! AdvantageTimberLou
Re: Scott Archery Customer Service Rocks! That is great to hear, makes people think twice about buying a release now, awesome customer service makes it an easier choice. Thanks for telling us. BTW: I have had great service from Easton, Sims, and Montana Black Gold, all things I needed were done for free, great places to do business with. ruttinbuc
Re: Scott Archery Customer Service Rocks! I have the same experience from Scott. My Little Goose broke because of my negligence. They replaced the connector and sent it back free of charge. The turnaround time was one week! They also sent a couple extra dowel pins. Awesome!
