Hillbilly Posted March 18, 2006 Report Share Posted March 18, 2006 the family farm where I've been staying at to attend my college is also flooded but not close to my grandma's house. Anyways the riverbottoms are flooded big time, and I've seen 24 deer in one herd, and a flock of 50 turkeys. I got 35 yrds from ten turkeys. I was on a hill overlooking the smaller flock. I bellied crawled to get a better look. A big Tom saw me and took off and flew over the flooded bottoms into a sycamore tree. Gonna take a camera Monday to my grandma's house and head back down to the river bottoms and see if I can get some pics of the wildlife.
